No. Sleep support should align with your family's values and your child's needs, whether that means a very gradual, parent-present approach or faster changes. Sleep is a skill taught through predictable routines, consistency, and age-appropriate expectations. There is never a one-size-fits-all approach.

How does this work if I don't live in Sioux Falls?

All of my families are supported virtually through video calls, phone calls, and text messaging, so families anywhere can receive personalized sleep support. Because sleep happens at home, virtual consulting is often ideal. Rest Ready families within 25 miles of Sioux Falls also receive an in-home visit.

That depends on your child's age and your goals. Rest Ready is my premium 16-week program for expectant and new parents. Dream Ready supports children with autism, ADHD, sensory differences, and other neurodivergent needs. Sound Sleep Solutions is my standard one-on-one package for babies, toddlers, and young children. Feel Ready is a small-group program offered periodically for families returning to work with babies 3 to 6 months old. A free assessment call matches you to the right fit.

Many families notice positive changes within the first few days of implementing their plan consistently. Progress can be more gradual for younger babies or neurodivergent children. The goal is sustainable sleep habits for the long term, not just short-term improvement.

Current options from Tender Sleep Company: Rest Ready is $2,550, Dream Ready is $1,495, Sound Sleep Solutions is $545, and Feel Ready is $195. There is an option for every stage, from preparing for a baby's arrival to supporting a neurodivergent child.

You receive individualized guidance, education, troubleshooting, and ongoing support tailored to your child's age, temperament, development, and sleep history. My role is to simplify the process, help you avoid trial and error, and provide the support and accountability that creates lasting change.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds to pay for sleep consulting?

Accepted Answer

Many HSA and FSA cards can be processed the same way as a traditional credit card. Check with your HSA or FSA administrator regarding eligibility and reimbursement requirements. I am happy to provide an itemized receipt if needed.

What if it doesn't work?

Every package includes my Support Guarantee. If your family has consistently implemented your personalized plan and we are not seeing the progress we expected by the end of your support period, I extend support by one additional week at no cost.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled kickoff call for a refund, less any services already provided, since I begin reviewing intake information and preparing your plan before the kickoff call. Once services have started, refunds are not available.

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation about your child's sleep, what has been challenging, and what you have already tried. I answer your questions, explain how I work, and help you determine which level of support makes the most sense, so you leave feeling heard and confident about your next steps.
