Rest Ready is for expectant and new parents who want to feel confident, guided, and rested from day one — not overwhelmed and guessing.
Inside this program, we focus on:

• What newborn sleep actually looks like (0–6 weeks)
• Soothing systems that prevent future sleep struggles
• Feeding + sleep alignment
• Wake windows & nap structure
• Preparing for daycare sleep
• Building habits for a lifetime of healthy sleep

Feel Ready
A new cohort starts in April 13th
Sleep foundations before you return to work.

Feel Ready is a small-group program for families with babies 3–6 months old who are preparing to return to work within the next 2–8 weeks.

​You don’t need to wait for the “perfect” timing.
​
Because going back to work is a big enough transition.
Sleep shouldn’t be the thing that unravels you.
